Drop-Stitch Core Engineering

Proprietary drop-stitch core fabrication process for SUP boards and inflatable boat floors. Tensile strength optimization and pressure retention engineering.

Marine PVC Formulation

Custom PVC formulations optimized for UV resistance, cold crack performance, and abrasion resistance. Multiple mil thickness options for different product grades.

Hypalon Fabrication

CR (chloroprene) rubber / Hypalon tube manufacturing for professional and commercial RIBs. Heat-resistant seam welding and adhesive bonding processes.

Thermal Welding Technology

Advanced hot wedge and RF welding for consistent, repeatable seam quality. Thermal cycling testing from -20°C to +60°C.
