Five stages that transform real water insights into certified, production-ready inflatable water sports equipment.

Stage 1

User & Water Research

Understanding how people actually use water sports gear

Before a single line is drawn, we study real conditions — lake chop, ocean swell, river current — alongside real user scenarios. Is this for a beginner paddling a calm lake? A family exploring coastal inlets? A rescue team operating in surf? Every design parameter flows from understanding both the water and the person.

Stage 2

Hull & Structural Design

CAD modeling, FEA analysis, and drop-stitch core engineering

Using SolidWorks CAD and finite element analysis (FEA), our engineering team models hull geometry for optimal stability, tracking, and weight distribution. Drop-stitch core density is calculated for each pressure zone — higher density in standing areas, optimized relief in side chambers. Every millimeter is engineered.

Stage 3

Material Selection & Testing

Military-grade PVC, Hypalon CSM, and reinforced drop-stitch fabric

Materials define durability. We select from military-grade PVC (1100 denier) for recreational products and Hypalon CSM for commercial-grade durability. Each material batch undergoes UV resistance testing, seam peel testing, and cold crack testing before it enters production.

Stage 4

Prototyping & Field Validation

Real water testing with real users before production tooling

Every prototype is built by hand in our prototype workshop and tested on real water by real users — beginners, families, professionals. We measure tracking accuracy, stability at rest and underway, inflation time, pack-down convenience, and overall feel. Feedback loops refine the design before production tooling is committed.

Stage 5

Certification & Production Scaling

CE certification, ISO quality systems, and production tooling

Once the design is validated, we submit to notified bodies for CE certification under EU recreational craft directive. ISO 9001 quality management systems govern production tooling, QC checkpoints, and traceability. Every product that ships carries documented test results and certification.

Stability First

Every hull is optimized for primary and secondary stability — the foundation of confidence on the water. Broad beams, deep-V entries, and low centers of gravity are non-negotiable.

Safety by Design

Multi-chamber construction means redundancy. A single compartment puncture never compromises the entire vessel. High-pressure drop-stitch delivers near-rigid performance without the weight.

Material Integrity

We specify materials for their seaworthiness, not their cost. Military-grade PVC, commercial Hypalon, and reinforced drop-stitch fabric are our baselines — not upgrades.

Real-User Validation

No product design is complete until it has been paddled, loaded, and abused by real users in real conditions. Field feedback is the final quality gate before production.
